Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the operator of the SavdEx B2B platform (the “Platform”) and the legal entity or sole proprietor that has registered an account (the “User”).

By registering on the Platform, the User confirms that they have read the Terms, accept them in full, and are authorised to act on behalf of the company they represent.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Platform provides Users with a technology service for publishing supply and purchase listings, exchanging commercial offers, choosing suppliers, and exchanging reviews.

The Platform is not a party to transactions between Users, does not act as an agent, commission agent or guarantor of the performance of obligations, and does not participate in settlements between the parties.

3. Registration and account

An account is created for a company. The User undertakes to provide accurate information — name, contact details, description of activity — and to keep it up to date.

The User is responsible for keeping their password safe and for all actions taken under their account. Any compromise of access must be reported to support immediately.

4. Publishing listings

A listing must relate to a company's real need or real offer and contain the correct category, description and delivery terms.

Publishing listings for goods and services whose circulation is restricted or prohibited by law, as well as duplicating identical listings, is not allowed.

The free plan has a limit on active listings. Paid features (subscription, slots, promotion) are described on the “Pricing” page.

5. Bids and choosing a supplier

A bid on a purchase is a commercial offer from a supplier. By submitting a bid, the supplier confirms readiness to fulfil it on the stated terms.

Choosing a supplier is recorded on the Platform and opens the possibility for the parties to exchange reviews. Further contractual relations the parties arrange themselves.

6. Reviews and rating

A review may be left only by a party to a deal completed on the Platform — one review from each side. This keeps the rating trustworthy.

Paid, offensive and knowingly false reviews are prohibited. The Platform may remove a review that breaches the rules following moderation.

7. Complaints and moderation

A User may file a complaint against a company or a listing. Moderation reviews complaints and takes action: from a warning to blocking the account.

When a listing is blocked, the company is hidden from the catalogs, and access to the account is restricted with the reason stated.

8. Liability of the parties

The User is solely responsible for the content of their listings, bids and reviews, and for performing obligations towards counterparties.

The Platform is not liable for losses arising from transactions between Users, from the inaccuracy of the information they post, or from their failure to perform obligations.

9. Personal data and confidentiality

The Platform processes the data provided by the User during registration and use of the service solely to operate the Platform.

A company's contact details are disclosed only to registered users in the manner provided by the Platform's interface.

10. Paid services

The list and prices of paid services are published on the “Pricing” page. Services are deemed rendered from the moment the corresponding feature is activated in the account.

Refunds for an unused period or slots are made under the rules in force at the time of purchase.

11. Change of terms

The Platform may amend these Terms. The new version takes effect upon publication. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the changes.

12. Final provisions

For matters relating to the Platform, contact support: support@savdex.uz. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by law.
