Privacy Policy

1. General information

This Policy describes what personal data the SavdEx B2B platform (the “Platform”) processes, for what purpose, and how it is protected. By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

The data controller is the company operating the Platform. For data-processing enquiries: privacy@savdex.uz.

2. What data we process

At registration: company name, e-mail, password (stored encrypted). When filling out the profile: phone, website, social links, city, country, logo, documents and company description — this data you publish voluntarily.

Automatically: IP address, browser details and a session cookie identifier — for security and to keep you signed in.

3. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: the session identifier (to keep you signed in) and service preferences (language, cookie consent). There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Purposes of processing

Data is processed for: registration and sign-in, publishing listings and bids, showing your company card to other members, moderation and security, and processing payments for paid services.

5. Sharing with third parties

A company's contact details are disclosed to other registered members within the Platform's features (subject to limits). Payment data is passed to the payment provider (Paddle, Merchant of Record) solely to process the payment. We do not sell personal data.

6. Storage and protection

Passwords are stored as an irreversible hash (bcrypt). Access to data is restricted and the connection is secured. Data is kept while the account exists and is deleted at the user's request.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing. To do so, write to privacy@savdex.uz from the account e-mail. We respond within 30 days.

For users in the EU, GDPR rights apply: access, portability, restriction of processing, objection and erasure.

8. Changes to the policy

We may update this Policy. The new version is published on this page; material changes come with a notice. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the updated Policy.
