1. Why the rules exist

SavdEx is a platform for fair wholesale trade. The rules protect honest suppliers and buyers and keep company ratings trustworthy. Breaking the rules leads to a warning, hidden listings, or a blocked account.

2. Requirements for a company

One account — one real company. The name, description and contacts must be accurate.

Impersonating another organisation, using others' trademarks, and creating duplicate accounts — including after a block — are prohibited.

3. Requirements for listings

A listing describes a specific product or a specific need: with a category, quantity and delivery terms.

Prohibited: knowingly false prices and volumes, advertising with no intention to make a deal, mass duplicates, and goods banned from circulation.

Moderation may hide a listing that breaks the rules without prior notice.

4. Requirements for bids (offers)

Submit a bid only if you are genuinely ready to fulfil the purchase: with an honest price, timeline and specifications.

Spamming with identical bids that ignore the purchase terms is prohibited and leads to a block.

5. Deals and business ethics

Choosing a supplier on the platform is a commitment to continue negotiations in good faith. Unjustified breaking of agreements harms your reputation and may become grounds for a complaint.

The parties check their counterparties themselves: study the profile, documents, reviews and the “Worked with” block before a deal.

6. Reviews

A review is only for a real deal completed on the platform — one from each side.

Insults, disclosure of trade secrets and agreed “swap” reviews are prohibited. Such reviews are removed and the rating is recalculated.

7. Complaints

If you encounter fraud, spam or inaccurate data, file a complaint from the company profile or the listing page.

Describe the situation in detail: what was promised, what happened, and what evidence there is. Moderation reviews complaints in order.

8. Blocking

For gross violations (fraud, systematic spam, fake data) an account is blocked: listings are hidden from the catalogs and sign-in is closed with the reason stated.

A blocking decision can be appealed through support by attaching supporting documents.

9. Promotion and pricing

Promotion raises a listing to the top of the catalog and marks it with a badge — it does not affect the company's rating and does not waive the requirements for listing content.

10. Payment safety

The Platform does not take part in settlements. Be careful with prepayment to unknown counterparties, check the details, and sign a contract before transferring funds.

Never send payment to the personal cards of a counterparty's employees.
