Public Offer
Agreement for the provision of paid SavdEx services
1. General provisions
This document is a public offer by the company operating the SavdEx B2B platform (the “Provider”) to conclude a contract for paid services on the terms set out below.
Payment for any paid service of the Platform is deemed acceptance of the offer. From the moment of payment the contract is considered concluded.
2. Subject of the contract
The Provider grants the User access to the Platform's paid features: a time-based subscription (removal of the active-listing limit and unlimited viewing of contacts), packs of listing slots, and listing promotion.
The services are of an information-technology nature; the Provider is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee that they will be concluded.
3. Price and payment
Service prices are shown on the “Pricing” page in US dollars (USD). Payment is made by bank card through the payment provider (Paddle) or by bank transfer to the Provider's details against an issued invoice.
The service is activated after the payment is confirmed: for card payments — automatically; for invoice payments — after the funds are verified as received.
4. Term of the services
The subscription runs for 30 calendar days from activation. When paid by card via Paddle, it renews automatically every month until you cancel; cancellation is available at any time and stops future charges without affecting the period already paid for. Slots and promotions apply as described on the “Pricing” page.
5. Refunds
Refund terms are set out in a separate document, the “Refund Policy”, which forms an integral part of this offer.
6. Liability
The Provider is not liable for the content of listings, bids or other materials posted by users, nor for the outcome of transactions between them.
The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information posted and for compliance with applicable law.
7. Governing law and disputes
The relationship between the parties is governed by the law of the Provider's country of registration. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by applicable law.
Note: this is a demonstration version of the platform; details and addresses are placeholders and this document is not a real offer.
