Refund Policy

Applies to all paid SavdEx services

1. What you buy on SavdEx

The platform's paid services are digital: a time-based subscription (unlimited active listings and contact views for 30 days), packs of listing slots, and listing promotion. Services are activated in the account automatically after the payment is confirmed.

2. Right to a refund

A full refund is possible within 14 days of payment if the service has not been used: the subscription β€” if no listings were published beyond the free limit and no contacts were opened beyond the free quota; slots β€” if no slot is occupied; promotion β€” if no promotion has been activated.

If a service has been partly used, the refund is calculated pro rata to the unused part (for a subscription β€” by the remaining days; for packs β€” by the unused units).

3. How to request a refund

Write to support@savdex.uz from the account e-mail, stating the order number (visible on the β€œPricing” β†’ β€œMy orders” page) and the reason. We respond within one business day.

For card payments, the refund goes back to the same card via the payment provider (Paddle), usually within 5–10 banking days. For invoice payments β€” to the payer's bank account.

4. When a refund is not made

No refund is made for periods during which the account was blocked for breaking the platform rules, or for orders older than 60 days.

5. Auto-renewal

A subscription paid by card via Paddle renews automatically every month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time β€” future charges stop and the period already paid for stays active. Slots and purchased promotions are one-time and do not expire.
